Hi, excited to see this article earlier this year in E&D. I'm teach a course in GMM methods right now, and would like to have my students work with your dataset. The data availability statement form the article points to this repo. But there doesn't seem to be anything here. Can you update with the raw landmark data, if not also the scripts? Thanks!

Hi Dave,

The raw landmark data are found here: GitHub - DrMermaid-MichelleGilbert/Bramid_Dev_2022 at Shape-datahttps://github.com/DrMermaid-MichelleGilbert/Bramid_Dev_2022/tree/Shape-data

If you want the scripts, it would be helpful to know which ones. I have multiple scripts for the various analyses.

Hi Michelle, That’s great, thanks! The raw coordinate data are fine for what I have in mind for my students. Digitization is the time limited step and I’m interested in having them focus on analysis. I appreciate you making the data public! Take care, Dave
