NativeLib gets a new window in Godot when installed and enabled, the panel selector is next to AssetLib on the top right or next to any other enabled plugins. Select this window and make sure it can find your python installation. Refresh the plugin list and search for "applovin." Select AppLovin-Max and it prompts to enter the SDK key. The README could use a screenshot, I was also confused here.
But I don't see that in the plugins list, I only see "NativeLib".
