hi there i used applovin max for android and its work fine am trying to implement it to a project on ios and the ads not appear but the things is i got +4500 issue on xcode after i added att from nativLib

could this casue ads to not appear ?

there are mentions of iOS ATT plugin in your logs. What else iOS plugins do you use? (all installed)

i use NativeLib and in it i install applovin-max and applovin- facebook

in general i have 2 other plugin Arabic Text and SmartShape2D

and why iOS ATT plugin shows the errors in your logs? show me the screenshot of your iOS export view (where installed plugins with checkboxes)

Ok. I see that you installed and enabled only ATT plugin. No other plugins.

shouldnt applovin-max facebook and applovin max appear like in android ?

you are right, facebook and applovin uses old plugin integration and doesn't shown in this view.

well after i disable it the xcode said App Tracking Transparency plugin not found

the ads now work without att but the app crash with no log

could the carsh casue by ads not load or on failed to load because the only things appear on xcode before crash is "failed to load banner "

try to export project in debug mode so it will get more logs. It is very difficult to solve issue without any logs.

now its said the banner is loaded and its crash what i see from the log its like looping the load i call the banner id once in the game once its open but it keep calling it all the game that could casue the issue the game work fine without ads so i think that looping is the issue

also i used removeBanner and it seems not working

may be the object which you are using for callbacks is dead. If you are using regular node or scene check if it is living during all ad operations (in the best case it should be a singleton object which is loading on app start and never unloaded, or it should be manually created object which is under your manual control)

I tried to remove the scene that have the ad load on in it after go to another scene using Game.remove_scene() but it keep loads ads in the next scene and in some point its crash

If you are using banners on several scenes you should make a separate ads manager (singleton autoloaded node which will live forever and contain all callbacks), or hide banner before current scene will be closed and load it again for another scene.

I load the banner in 1 scene and I used applovin_max.hideBanner("449d3e1f299a6c41") before removing the scene and the ads disappear but keep loading

when you call hideBanner it should stop banners autorefresh and loading (if it is not loaded yet) If you could send me the logcat output of your crash I will get more details.

if this was the last message from app before the crash than I definitely sure that your app crashes not because the banner. You are loading rewarded ad and when it is loaded the node with callback function is already dead. So you should make an ads manager for your game which will live forever (not regular scene which can be shown or hidden) and will react on ad callbacks.
