Change AUC analysis code to work for single slice DCE data

Previous analysis code assumed a 4-D array when calculating the AUC: x,y,slice,reps

In HPGS4 (and likely other studies B.F (before firas, go with it :-P )), single slice DCE was done.

Need to adapt code to deal with it.
