current masterlist has no functionality to Exclude patients/studies #332

Other than simply not including a patient or a study in the master list, there is no way to remove them from the masterlist (e.g., for excluding them from the analysis).

I guess I could also move patients into the "general" section for now

options:

rename patient name (*.excluded) so they don't match existing data on disk
create a tag per patient (excluded=True) that is honoured by whatever script gathers data
