Caitiff disciplines #172

This is a particular case I don't think I really considered... The best way to work around this for now is to toggle to freebie mode, select disciplines without spending any freebie points, then toggle it off so you can spend regular points on it.

I don't want to imply that I won't fix this though. This is definitely an issue for Caitiff players, as it's confusing. I suppose allowing Caitiff to change their disciplines before switching to freebie mode would be a decent fix... I'm not 100% sure.
