false yellow flag indication @ Bathurst chicane #38

here is the same behaviour while "always visible" is off (as spectator). had to click on 2nd screen to get acc drive in front so the first seconds the tyre widget isn't shown https://i.gyazo.com/f304ae1844d3d9ab3edad333342afc00.mp4

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Drive through "the chase" on Bathurst
  2. See error

Expected behaviour Yellow flag should only show up on slow/crashed cars
