Reset HIGH PSI and CHANGE PSI when handing over the car #40

Describe the bug Some of the RACE ENGINEER values are not reset when handing over the car. The values seem to be shared in the session as well?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create session
  2. Drive enough to generate HIGH PSI / CHANGE PSI
  3. Hand over car
  4. Values remain the same for the rest of the session

Expected behaviour Values reset when handing over the car to allow for new CHANGE PSI calculations
