time multiplier is not accurate in multiplayer sessions #84

Describe the bug multiplier on the multiplayer server is set to 1, but DRIVE evaluates it as 2 or maybe 3

To Reproduce any multiplayer session

Expected behaviour Evaluation of correct multiplier

Additional context I found no sideeffects to this issue, which is weird.
