7 years ago Ozelot is the name of the vanilla mob (in swedish). the issue might be related to spawn limits since ocelot is a unique case spawn numbers wise

MC Version: 1.10.2 Not sure if this is a bug or not. But I have not seen an ocelot in any of my games yet and I noticed that in the config files (like /Creatures/Vanilla.cfg and /overworld/EntityBiomeGroups.cfg) the mob's name is written as ozelot (german?) instead of ocelot. Is this correct?
