Mouse mismatch when returning to editor window #198

Running editor in window mode and capture mouse "on".
Change to other application and come back. Windows mouse and editor 
mousepointer dont match anymore, you see both at separate location.
Workaround: Press TAB twice.

Yes, I find it very annoying. No idea yet how to fix it.
