Start places #228

Show all 4 car start places in editor, maybe toggle for it.
Add an option to increase height with each next place.

This is for splitscreen and multiplayer, when cars collide (and they start with 
some distance). It works when they start in 1 place.

Check on eg. F16-Clew. It's impossible to start even 2nd car, it jumps in air, 
because it started inside terrain.

Also drop the track.txt and merge it into scene.xml.
Use our code for it. Maybe yaw/pitch/roll not quaternion.
Would be also good to have car start pos on gui (track tab preview image).

There is now a check in game, simple but mostly works so no need for this in 
editor.
Rest is lower priority.
