Reverse lights #232

Cars already have brake lights under the form of additive textures. I'd like to 
see reverse lights as well, layered the same way when cars are in the R gear.

I helped implement this in VDrift years ago, but I think it was after 
StuntRally forked so the change didn't become part of it. For car models ported 
from VDrift, the reverse light textures already exist and can be copied over to 
StuntRally.
