Tool windows sliders

In editor e.g. [ ] changes pipe, - = material etc.
This is a problem for other keyboard layouts than english.
E.g. in german those symbols aren't even on the keys we use.

Not sure what to do. It is possible to use the keys if you change your keyboard 
layout to english, but still you wont see the right symbols on keys.
Some solutions I can think of:
- use e.g. O P not [ ] and other usual letters. try not to use - = and other 
symbols.
- make also mouse shortcuts e.g. shift-alt LMB .. for pipe ? ctrl-shift LMB/RMB 
for road material .. kind of impossible to know those
- create a tool window with sliders, where you could just pick values on 
slider. Great but time consuming.
Would be probably best to implement all.

Ok, done the 1st step, for now I think it's enough.
Moved all -=[];',. keys left into letters:
-,= now also with 9,0
[,] with O,P
;' with K,L
,. with N,M
ctrl-0 set 1st check
Last one (tool window with sliders) would be cool but that's for later.

Could be just a subtab on Terrain / Road tabs in Gui.
