Editor international keybindings #254

Many editor keybindings are unreachable on international keyboards.
We should bind to Scancodes instead of Keycodes, then update the shortcut lists 
in the gui help pages with the actual key this scancode is assigned to on the 
user's keyboard layout.

I have only doubts about updating gui.
Most strings have key names inside.
Some not but then how do I know where in textbox are the keys ?

Is on master. No idea how to deal with gui, I'm leaving this.
