Hud layouts #255

Make few layouts for Hud. Current will be 1st. Others could have damage or most 
on right, also possible:
1. rpm gauge on right above speed gauge, 2. both with common center, 3. only 
rpm gauge and speed as text, etc.
This would make room for minimap on left (maybe optionally too).

Also make all movable hud elements a common manual object to reduce batches.

Also add blue flame image for boost, a hammer for damage ? etc.
Best already make a hud.xml for layouts (so its editable).

Also make other gauges, not just a needle, but some that fill up (solid).

Merge the 4 gauge textures into 1 (kmh,mph, rpm, needle) to save batches.

your time, track time, time diff?, below points, position.
since the current pos/points are changed too fast on next checkpoint.
later could also have lap stats from issue 201

Done:
- lap finished info (right)
- merge 4 gauge textures
- blue flame for boost, hammer for damage
