This isn't about new implementation (see issue 32),
just few things to fix:

- checkpoint radius in editor
 - on terrain: edit from 1.0 .. 3.0, below 1.0 off, don't allow
 - on bridges: toggle on/off, always 1
 - in pipes: currently toggle always 1.7

- in pipes, move checkpoint up, so it's in middle
  (needs placing checks after road create or that code for segments pre pass before..)
  then editing radius to toggle, always 1

- show all checkpoints in editor (needs hw_inst issue 226 first)

- there is still a very rare bug with not detecting start box after all 
checkpoints, not sure what fails

- A tool in editor to auto place checkpoints would be cool.
  But probably difficult to make decent logic, eg. put every 100m, or when angle changes.
  Check all for overlapping, remove if so.

for objects:
- mark for selected objects (blue glow like for road segments)
- select all doesn't work?

- copy objects from other track and paste
- rotate and scale all, around picked (not just locally)

- Improve objects picking. Quite important now.
Make it so that when pressing space if there are more than one, pressing space 
again will pick next objects (go through all).
Curently you can't do anything (excepty using wheel or PgUp,PgDn through all 
objects). If there is a big building, and some dynamic objects near you can't 
pick them, also even other smaller buildings.

Also would be good to have a orange glow for pick under mouse or the picked 
object? Just like blue is for selected, but to know what you picked or what are 
you picking?

Done: picking fixed, uses object center, can pick any object
