New things now. Old was issue 39.

1. Camera hit bounce. Move/pan after car hit.
  With some spring/smooth and using hit info (force, normal).

2. Auto change to hood camera when entering/leaving loops.
  Easy, just need to mark checkpoints in editor for few tracks.
