Ore cart incompatible with Quark #39

Right clicking the ore cart while Quark is present causes crash.

Removing Quark appears to solve the issue.

The ore cart is also renamed to "entity.harderores:oreMinecart.name" after being placed, and picked up, regardless if Quark is present.

I see the problem. Its easy enough to fix, but I don't have a dev environment with which to fix it presently. (Translation key is also missing, for whatever reason, but that's easy to fix too)
