[1.16] Solution to the Elytra issue

So I heard that theirs an issue with the module not working as it should when in the chestplate slot, well I have a solution, it does work already but the elytra render doesn't show up, this might be due to a mod that adds a curio elytra compatibility to the classic Elytra, so it is possible that could be useful

This is already been discussed on the Discord server. They use a hacky workaround to get this to work, when the fault is actually with Forge. There's already an issue related to this on their end we're just waiting to get pushed.

Yea it seems that's not going to happen any time soon. https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/pull/7825#event-6189206210 I may just have to make my own PR... Then wait for 6 to 12 months for it to maybe get merged...

Considering that Forge is not really taking changes to the 1.16.5 codebase based on that issue, it should probably be a special hacky workaround in Draconic Evolution... At least until DE eventually updates in the far future.

This is fixed in 1.18. Will add backporting to my todo list.
