[1.18.2] Updated russian localization (ru-ru.json) #1735

(ok now i've done this pr correctly, so sorry for the previous one) Decided to fix up some of the translation. Won't fix the #1733 cause this looks like more of a forge problem (as seen from the response on #635)

"prop" = properties

"entity.draconicevolution.persistent_item" is a parent for an item that never despawns.

"energy_share" is a future module that's not ready yet. It's a way to link two energy storages together (like the Energy Core and a Capacitor) and send energy across the link.

"tech_level" is the tier of tech. Basic, Wyvern, Draconic, and Chaotic are tiers 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively.

thx for the response! updated the file, now everything's done. tried to test in game but it won't work (probably bcs i don't even know what to do, literally first time doing smth like this)

ok so i've actually found what caused the translation to not load up, fixed it and a few other things aaand now it's all working as it should
