Added Thaumic Energistics docs

Added some documentation for Thaumic Energistics https://github.com/Nividica/ThaumicEnergistics. A few issues when writing the docs:

• When trying to change the metadata to the wildcard value of 32767, it crashed when I accidentally typed 32787 causing a OutOfBoundsException.
• When adding colour to text, the last colour tag is used for the previous colour tags.

Thank you. I will have to look into those issues. I'm not sure exactly what you mean regarding the colour issue. Something to keep in mind. The formatting tags in PI are not exactly the same as vanilla. You can use them like you would with vanilla but you can also use the same tag twice to start and end a colour without effecting any other parameters.

e.g. This is an example showing how formatting tags work in PI. §lUnlike vanilla you can §2start and end§2 a format §nwithout effecting §lother active formats Produces

To do something similar with vanilla you would have to reset the style then re apply any flags you did not want to remove.

I'm not using the vanilla colour tags, i'm using the hex colour tags §colour[#FF9900]. In the example here, the Features heading should be green, but its being changed to red because of the colour on the Essentia Storage heading.
