TL;DR --Faction switched from OPA to MCR, after the 1-week cooldown, OPA factions still appear as neutral

IMHO neutral is correct. We don't want it to nuke status they could have set themselves/ peace with. They, or the other factions, can declare war and fight if wanted.

We'd have to keep a snapshot and track all statuses otherwise to revert them.

Opa itself is enemy though?
