Need to check their minimum and maximum ranges to make sure we exclude all the inner planets and exclude ceres, so only belt. Make sure they can spawn in Jupiter (outermost only), Saturn (Outermost only), Green / Trojans

NVM this was intended change, will work on preventing them from messing with hangar
