Table scaling is broken #8

The table cells aren't always scaled the correct way. This propably comes from the scrolling frame, that has a way bigger content frame, then the real view is. Probably it would be a good idea to implement the scroll frame directly into the table widget. It would also be a good idea to set Min/Max width for columns and Min/Max height for rows.
