Local Development Environment Setup

Summary

To streamline and standardize the local development process for contributors, there's a need to introduce a dev container configuration for the "IdleRunner" project. This will ensure consistency across various development environments and simplify the initial setup process.

Details

• The dev container should be based on Ubuntu or Debian.
• It must support Bash and Cron, as they are essential for the project.
• The inclusion of sudo is required for certain administrative tasks.
• The dev container setup should align with the project's existing dependencies and operational requirements.

Outcome

• A devcontainer.json file in the project repository.
• Documentation on how to use the dev container for local development.
