Parts added to new directory "ModeratelyPlaneRelated" due to formatting standardization with most other mods.

All functioning-state SAE parts added -cockpits -3 control surfaces -Talon engine

Configs finalized for initial release state

-stats generaly finalized
MM patch to cover beta release parts, successfully tested with all relevant cockpits

Refer to spreadsheet for expected part refinement going forward.

Renamed cockpit prefixes to just "MPR [Cockpit]".

Added tags to some parts.
