Created entities can't be removed #67

The created entities don't have a unique ID and there is no way to remove them apparently.

I was able to delete them by doing grep -Hri hdd config/.storage and deleting everything related to hdd. I also ran the purge entities service from the developer tools page, and restarted HA a few times. Then the entities were gone
