Update MSA-DropDownMenu-1.0 to v15 #18

Current version of MSA-DropDownMenu-1.0 (v11) is obsolete and causes side effects with other add-ons such as TRP3, even if they're bundled with the current version.

Updating MSA-DropDownMenu-1.0 to v15 resolves the problem.
