chore: add php8.1 to tests #144

Fixes for PHP 8.1

SoapClient _soap_version is now declared private so we need to skip this on tests
updated infection/infection package to latest version
FILTER_SANITIZE_STRIPPED is now deprecated
fixed some warnings about comparing float with int in ValidateFR class
use extension_loaded('bcmath') instead of function_exists('bcmod')
