Install stuff from Src (Just remembered this now, but we can do it the same as the stuff in dragontools/shutils)
Decide exactly what we want accessible to the user in $DRAGONDIR
e.g. should defaults.yml and rules.yml be there? One downside is that won't be managed by pip. Perhaps the best option would be to keep that stuff managed by pip and """read only""" and then allow users to create rules in their own rules.yml and then chainmap them
Make sure all the env vars and directory aliases are resolving properly. As of now dragon test will fail because of that
Oh also I'd be happy to run back over the python code in dragongen and such and pep8-ify it. There is still some unused imports, broken formatting, incorrect type annotations, etc.
Install with
pip install .
Run withdragon
Still todo:
dragon test
will fail because of that
