Remember the problem I had with KDE Neon, it was related with libjack-dev installation.

Thank you for creating the issue @mertyildiran. Indeed. In my KDE Neon dev edition, the package that comes available is actually libjack-jackd2-0. There was no libjack0 nor libjack-dev packages option for me to install. So I had first to uninstall libjack-jackd2-0, then install libjack0 and finally install libjack-dev.

@ProphetDaniel I don't fully understand. According to this search it's available in both 14.04 and 16.04. It's even available in ZestyZapus (17.04) and ArtfulAardvark (17.10).

Also I forget what was the functionality of libjack-dev in Dragonfire. Is it providing padsp binary? What was the error before that?

As far as I understand libjack-jackd2-dev is an alternative to libjack-dev. Probably in your case, there was no need to uninstall libjack-jackd2-0. Instead you should have installed libjack-jackd2-dev (I think, I'm not sure)
