Add configuration for Rendering (Similar to the existing rendermodes) #31

It would be nice to have support for all already exiwsting rendermodes and maybe add some features if they are easy to implement. Most features probably need changes in the shaders.

TODO: List all existing features (if possible with all options)

maybe allow a shader options flag on the commandline or in the conf file.
