postgresql93-server doesn't initdb #106

postgresql92-server will at the end of the install do a sudo su - pgsql and then initdb /usr/local/pgsql/data, whereas postgresql93-server requires you to do that manually for the package to work correctly.

You need to report this directly to ports and the fix will trickle back down (it's a problem for FreeBSD too, right?)
