fix dports location #170

Dunno, is there any variable to get dports location from to substitute here?

PORTSDIR, but this port doesn't use it. It's a bug in the port. (A bad one, even freebsd users would not want /usr/ports hardcoded)

sorry, I forgot about this because we don't take pull requests on DPorts (only DeltaPorts). I just fixed DeltaPorts and rebuilt portconf: 5d82ca90e592e207b7fcd0887c0450e17804ded5
