Installation instructions for the public repo #6

Hi, it seems like the installation instructions here reference installing with a wheel file that's not included. Could you give some instructions on how to install specific to this repo? Thanks!

I am sure there are inconsistencies in the documentation that we need to sort through so please let us know where you were reading where it wasn't clear. We will address this for sure.

Under the README.rst of the repository it has a section titled "Using a Binary Distribution". There are directions there for downloading a binary distribution and using it. You can find the binary distribution under "Releases" on the right side of the repo github.com page. From there you can click through to the dragon-0.61-e8e93dd3.tar.gz file which can be downloaded and unzipped and untarrred using the commands in the "Using a Binary Distribution" section of the documentation. Please let us know if there is something more that we can do to help.

The README.rst file provides directions for building and installing the program. If you would prefer, you can download a binary distribution and then follow the alternative instructions for installing a binary. Both sets of instructions are pointed to in the README.rst file you find at the root of this distribution.
