Lights (control imputs) stop working after a few seconds #7

When I spawn a vehicle and get in, the controls work. But whenever a little time passes (around 10 seconds) the control imputs just doesn't seem to be working. Causing horns to endlessly loop, lights to be on permanent, sirens to be on or off permanent, every once in 30-ish button clicks will trigger the control.

It is not a keyboard issue ;)

In the meanwhile I figured out it is an issue with ELS or LiveMap intergreation where nothing happens when controlls are pressed if Livemap is checking if the vehicle has emergency lights on
