Dragon Mounts was made for the purpose of making useless ender dragon eggs hatcheable, you can tame the dragon like a pet and make it ride for you and soar in the skies.
If I Guess.. Ender Dragon's Scales tools are the most powerful in the mod . The problem which I'm about to mention could also be intended but, Nether's axe deals 13 dmg while ender's does 10. Even other dragons' axes deals 11 dmg (more than Ender's). Ender Shouldnt be this low as Every tool relating to Ender is Stronger than others.
