pops 3.72 or below cannot recover from suspend #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On 3.72 or below, if I try to recover from suspend, PSP freezes then turns 
off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PS1 doesn't continue

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.60ME/PRO 02g. Also reported from 6.39PRO 03g.

Please provide any additional information below.
might be DOCUMENT.DAT handling.

3.30pops ends (crashes) with
myIoOpen: ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_Pops/SLPS00022/DOCUMENT.DAT 0x40000001 -> 0x80010002

4.01pops writes
myIoOpen: ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_Pops/SLPS00022/DOCUMENT.DAT 0x40000001 -> 0x80010002
myIoOpen: ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_Pops/SLPS00022/DOCUMENT.DAT 0x00000001 -> 0x80010002
then continue.

Reporting from 3g 6.20 PRO-B9, even the latest official v3 still have the same 
issue.
