Merge changes from Psither branch to master

It's a big one.

• Adds body types
• Fixes Dragon Editor color selection - this one may change existing appearances, particularly if they were blue or purple and got hue-shifted
• Adds ability to choose to hide wings on some body types
• Removes link between having wings and the flight ability
• Adds significant configurable attribute bonuses and multipliers depending on body type
• Some dragons can now be squished
• Fixes to ClientFlightHandler to improve flight physics and remove bugs
