Fixed and reworked the Shooter so that his bolas now works again, crossbow renders again, and various tweaks/improvements

-Bolas completely disables flight instead of changing gravity -Shooter entity is significantly more accurate -Bolas cooldown and trapped duration is configurable -Bolas rendering re-implemented -Shooter AI no longer randomly strolls whilst trying to fight you
