Reworks and cleans up keybind handling. Everything is now specified in the Keybind enum, and individual handlers check for their own keybinds locally (rather than using one central key handler).
Known issues:
Holding down the ability use key and switching to an ability with an ending animation (e.g. aura buff abilities) plays the ending animation even while on cooldown. A rework of the whole casting code section should be in order anyway.
