If player use x% (Configurable) caps or the same characters in the same line it adds x(configurable) mutepoints to player, alerting staff and the player that they have added x mutepoints.

Banned word list (For swears and such, configurable), adds x(configurable) mutepoints to player, alerting staff and player.

Just need to add a configurable percentage for % of caps.
