move the boss health frame away from the minimap so that users can see it #103

Blizzard introduced a new "always up" boss health frame for use on certain 
bosses. This is most often noticed in the ICC Gunship battle. I need to make 
sure it is visible because right now it is attached to the minimap and needs 
to be moved somewhere else.
