Moving SpartanUI on the X axis.

It'd be nice to be able to shift the whole thing to the right a bit to make 
space for the chat log, especially if you don't have a large enough resolution 
to do it the general way.

I agree, I use 1920x1600 and my chat windows is still kind of small.

I agree.

I'd like to be able to remove those two boxes, the small ones on either side of 
Spartan UI and just have room for one larger chat box on the left side and two 
smaller boxes on the right, one for Recount DPS meter and the other for Omen 
Threat Meter.

Technically you can remove those two boxes. I don't remember how I was able to 
do it, but you can remove them. Unfortunately you can't move the rest of the UI 
so it's kinda pointless atm.

yeah I found out how.

With my resolution I can nicely fit the chat window on the left and the recount 
dps meter and omen threat meter on the right side with enough space for vehicle 
chopper image after that.

Which is fine for me, but like you, I would like to be able to shift the whole 
thing over a bit, probably then have the chat window and dps meter on one side 
then.
