Action Bar lock up after vehicle change in raid instance #118

Today I was in Ulduar and had Spartan UI do something weird.

Normally I hold shift and press 3 to bring up the third action bar, changing 
from the first. Kind of like playing a piano, you don't look you just hit one 
two three four etc and shift to change to the bar you know which has another 
spell on it.

Well... the bar didn't change.

It was working fine until Flame Leviathon vehicle change.
Got in to vehicle, did the fight, got out, things swapped back as they were 
meant to but then during next boss fight, I couldn't shift and choose a number 
to change the action bar, which limited some of the spells i could use during 
the fight. Couldn't really stop to change things around.

So figured I would post this bug here so you are aware of it.

Got it working again.

Seems like a tick box that allows you to use shift 1 2 3 became unticked within 
bar tender upon switching back.

Hopefully that helps with fixing this problem.
