BEFORE you post an issue, I ask that you perform the following steps first.
If you have already performed all of the steps outline, feel free to delete
this text and post your own message.
1. Check to make sure your issue has not already been reported here on the
issue tracker.
2. If you don't see your issue listed, please search the forums and see if
any posts have been made regarding your issue. Follow any troubleshooting
steps and verify that your issue cannot be resolved by other means.
3. Post about your issue in the forums first. We have several people
willing to assist in troubleshooting your issue, and help you verify that
it is in fact an issue with SpartanUI and not something on your end. If it
is a cosmetic issue, post your opinion or request in the forums and allow
one of our moderators or administrators respond.
4. Once all other avenues have been exhausted you may post here. One of the
administrators or moderators may ask you to post your issue in the issue
tracker, or they may simply post it for you. Either way allow them to make
that decision.
