Blizzard UI Covering/ Blocking Spartan UI ? #131

Not sure of how or why i have this issue all of the sudden, I will try to 
explain in as much detail as I can Hopefully someone can direct me in the right 
direction. Ok all of my addons were working fine today and i went to log onto 
another wow account i have not used on this computer with the same settings and 
addons turned on from my fully working acct. Well i got no errors BUT for some 
reason the default blizzard UI with the gryphon's on each side were infront of 
my Spartin UI that also uses Bartender ... i tried everything deleting that 
accts wtf folders and everything no matter what i did the default blizzard UI 
was still blocking my spartin UI ? THen after a while i loged back into my main 
wow account and now i have the same issue on both accounts ... This is a screen 
shot off my issue if it is unclear. Thank you in advance for your help or 
directing me to someone that can help ;)

SpartanUI is being continued here: 
http://code.google.com/p/zilveraddons/downloads/list

Please download the latest version from there and report bugs there.

The Blizzard UI overlapping SpartanUI is a Bartender issue (fixed in the 
updated version) which you can enter the Bartender settings and turn on / off.
