Right Click Set Focus does not work #136

As the summary says, with only your addon enabled, log into wow, and right 
click any player or npc and try to set them as the focus target.  The option 
for Set Focus when right clicking the player or target frame is not there.  Log 
out of wow, disable all addons, log back in and right click and player or 
target frame and the Set Focus option is their.  Please fix this bug and great 
addon.

The Set Focus issue has been around for many years and is the fault of 
Blizzard. It also occurs on any other UI, so it cannot be fixed until Blizzard 
fixes their end.
