add mana-bar for druids when shapeshifted in bear / cat forms #23

Blizzard added to the player frame for druids a small mana bar when they are 
shapeshifted in bear 
or cat form (not sure about the other "stances", 'cause my druid is too small 
to test). The best 
position would probably be under the player frame, size similar to DK's 
rune-bar or shaman's 
totem bar.

tho there are many other issue or little bugs that can be improved - This is 
the only reason why I won't use Spartan UI. To bad its Priority-Low
